GENII acquires leading laboratory software provider Inlog

Munich, 9 September 2025 – GSG GENII Software Group ("GENII") has acquired Inlog SAS ("Inlog"), a leading European provider of laboratory solutions specialising in blood transfusion and information systems (BTIS), laboratory information systems (LIS) and quality management systems (QMS). This strategic acquisition strengthens GENII’s laboratory vertical and expands its presence in the European market.

Inlog was founded in 1992 and is considered the leading French provider of software solutions for the entire blood donation chain – from blood collection and transfusion to laboratory and quality management. The company is the market leader in France and serves more than 630 public and private institutions in 12 countries, with a particular focus on its home market of France and a growing international presence in Benelux and DACH, offering its software via a modern, modular cloud-based platform.
