GSG Genii Software Group (“GENII”) today announces the acquisition of WinValue, a provider of German-centric software and platform solutions for car appraisers and insurers. WinValue’s capabilities strengthen GENII’s position in the automotive aftermarket, building on the car shop expertise and leading position it has through its Werbas KSR business in that field.
WinValue is a specialist in vehicle claims and damage management, providing powerful cloud-based software and platforms to simplify and accelerate their customers’ varied and specialist business processes. The solutions enable car insurers and appraisers to determine residual values of damaged cars via an auction platform, which is complemented by a portal to determine residual car values and an ERP/CRM solution for the appraisers to manage claims and prepare damage assessments. Built using the latest technologies and leveraging cloud, WinValue’s user experience is browser-based with high modularity and some solutions also provided via mobile applications.
Since its establishment in 2005, WinValue has grown its customer base to nearly 10,000 of Germany’s leading car insurers and appraisers, as well as smaller dealerships with double digit growth rates in recent years.
