Munich, 11 December 2025. GSG GENII Software Group GmbH (“GENII”) has acquired Jarosch & Haas GmbH (“Jarosch & Haas“), a family-run provider of software solutions for public transport. This acquisition expands GENII’s offering for the public sector and further strengthens its presence in the European market.
For over 30 years, Jarosch & Haas has been a partner to numerous transport companies and mobility service providers in Germany and Austria. The company offers complete solutions for public transport. Thanks to long-standing partnerships, Jarosch & Haas has a thorough understanding of its customers’ business processes and sees itself as a technology partner when it comes to optimising processes and implementing sustainable solutions. The company focuses on the continuous development of its portfolio in order to meet the requirements of the market and its customers in the long term.
