We provide mid-sized customers with software that enables them to compete head-to-head with larger competitors – easy to use, fully integrated and at a fraction of the cost. By leveraging periphery technologies, such as Business Intelligence or Content Management, we improve the quality of our tech solutions as well as the availability of experts.

Instead of standardized platforms with multiple customizations required, our companies have developed solutions that are target-specific and fit-for-purpose and therefore easier, faster, and less risky to implement. This is because we know our customer’s business and understand that IT projects need to minimize risk and be as self-service oriented and efficient as possible.

Bregal Unternehmerkapital is a growth-focused investment firm whose principal focus is to invest behind sound business models and strong leadership teams. Elvaston is an investment company specializing in small-to-medium sized enterprise software companies in Europe. Elvaston accompanies profitable companies in various segments of enterprise software and focuses on organic growth as well as buy & build strategies.
